We were overwhelmed reading over the condo docs of our potential purchase of our new townhome . I had received a letter of special levy from the condo board where I reside. In the notice, the condo board was requesting a levy for damages done to the building during multiple mechanical failures that needed to be covered.

Without having much knowledge on this, I reached out to Kari to get her insight and professional opinion on the matter. She was able to review all aspects of the damages that had occurred, and why these damages were charged back to the owners versus going through insurance. Kari then took the time to review the current financial status of the condo building and future plans which also provided me with a sense of security on how the building is being managed.

At each step during her explanation, she was patient with any questions I had and went further into detail where needed. Her ability to assist me far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Kari for her extensive experience, and vast source of knowledge.
